Refurbishment works are currently underway at a Grade II Listed property in St John’s Wood, with completion anticipated in November 2026. Formerly used as a primary school, the building is being carefully restored and reverted into a prime residential residence.
Original architectural features are undergoing repair and refurbishment to reinstate and enhance the character of the interiors. Externally, construction of a new dormer has begun. Inspired by a historic etching it will be introduced to the former artist’s studio, transforming the space into a light-filled kitchen and dining area. Extensive façade cleaning, repairs, and repointing works are also being carried out to revitalise the building’s decorative exterior.
Works have also commenced on the proposed landscaping scheme, which will introduce increased planting areas and create an attractive and functional outdoor environment for future occupants.
