Located within an exclusive collection of houses in Marylebone, MWA were appointed to restore and enrich the interiors of this Grade II listed building, as a single residence. The property originally dating from the 18th century, includes many of the original decorative features, including a black and white marble checkerboard floor to the Main Entrance Hall and a grand staircase.
MWA worked closely with conservation experts, Westminster City Council and English Heritage to ensure the character of this grand property was retained and enhanced by the proposed works.
