On behalf of MHA Associates, Marek Wojciechowski Architects prepared designs for the redevelopment of this mixed use site on Kentish Town Road, situated outside of a Conservation Area. The brief was to maximise the development potential of the currently underutilised site.
Proposals include the creation of a four-story mixed use building including a new basement with retail floor space at ground and basement floor levels and new office floor space and a dental practice at first floor level.
Eight self-contained residential units have been created on upper floors, complete with external private amenity.
MWA worked closely with planning and daylight consultants creating a high-quality scheme that received unanimous approval from Camden Council in November 2016
