Constructed in the early 19th Century, then later reconstructed in the 1960s, this Grade II listed end of terrace building required major refurbishment following years of use as office premises. The project involves a change of use from offices to five apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
Whilst traditional materials and finishes are proposed to be retained to the main building, the ‘mews’ property to the rear has a new private entrance and mansard roof, creating a self-contained 1,400 sq ft residence with a more contemporary finish.
