MWA have recently submitted a pre-planning application for this site in Willesden Green. Proposals include demolition of the existing disused two-storey industrial warehouse and a new build three-storey property which includes 6 new 3-bedroom family units, all with private and communal amenity space.

The context surrounding the site has seen progression through three key periods; Victorian, Edwardian and the 20th Century as highlighted on the map above. Examples of prevailing architecture in the area have helped form the key concepts of the proposed facade.
