Extension and complete refurbishment of this 1950's office block
MWA were secured planning permission for the extension and complete refurbishment of this 1950’s office block. The brief was to enhance the existing building to create state-of-the-art office spaces for Virgin London Marathon. Our scheme increases the floor space by 5,000 sqft and renews the elevations by creating floor to ceiling windows in a new brick clad façade.
