MWA are in the process of progressing with a full planning application for a part demolition and rebuild and part retention of a family dwelling. The proposal seeks to create a balanced volume yet keeping the proposed volume subservient to the 1860’s villa. The scheme provides this growing family a 5-bedroom house, office space, games room, entertainment room and a home gym. Renewable energy, green roofs and permeable landscaping provides additional benefits to the existing conditions and have been considered positive contributors to the proposal.
