MWA have prepared a scheme to transform a detached low built property on Clifton Hill, St John’s Wood. The proposal includes extension to the north side of the property, internal reconfiguration, the addition of a basement level under the extension, and improvements to the front and rear private gardens. The concept proposes to increase the existing area of the house from 2,500 sqft to 3,800 sqft.
