Today is International Women’s Day and MWA is proud to have so many women representing the practice. The Architectural Industry has had deep rooted, well documented disparities within the profession. Here at MWA we take pride in advocating for, and supporting, inspiring women in the profession.
This year’s theme is ‘Embrace Equity’. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. We also want the men at our practice to be part of the conversation to build on the understanding and advocacy of equity within in the workplace.
